Our Leadership

    • Tony Weinzetl

      Tony Weinzetl

      President/CEO

      Tony Weinzetl has been working in the techindustry since the 90’s, but for the past 15 years has been exclusively focused in the IT Security space. He has held roles in Sales, Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Executive Level roles for leading companies that helped shape his broad level of experience across the security industry. Tony worked for a startup security software company called Passlogix, which was later acquired by Oracle, and spent nearly 9 years with IBM, a global IT Security leader, where he had many accolades including Sales Rep of the Year, multiple Presidents Clubs, a General Manager award, and a Golden Circle award. Prior to starting Blue Bay, Tony worked in a sales leadership and business development role for Deloitte, who is widely recognized as a worldwide leader in Security Services. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Augsburg College.
    • Scott Weinzetl

      Scott Weinzetl

      CFO

      Scott is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in various financial accounting and reporting roles, including Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and Director of Cost Accounting. He has served extensively as a financial leader on executive management teams in addition to providing financial support and guidance for operations, sales, and services teams to assist them in driving positive financial results. He has worked with small and medium-sized companies in both the public and private sectors.
    • Ray Neucom

      Ray Neucom

      Vice President, Access Management

      Ray has over 30 years professional experience in IT, working across a broad cross section of industries, and filling a variety of roles including business consulting, technical strategy development, technical sales, technical enablement, solution architecture and design, and software development.
      For the past 17 years, Ray has primarily focused on access management, starting with web access management and working with new technologies as the field evolved - including federation, SOA security/governance, policy-based authorization, context-aware authentication, and API security/management. Most of this access management experience was gained working for IBM, often in world-wide focused roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Scientific Studies, both majored in Computer Science and from the University of Queensland in Australia.
