Leadership Team

Tony Weinzetl - CEO

Tony has been working in the tech industry since the 90’s, but for the past 18 years has been exclusively focused in the IT Security space. He has held roles in Sales, Sales Leadership, Business Development, and at the Executive Level for leading companies that helped shape his broad level of experience across the security industry. Tony worked for a startup security software company called Passlogix, which was later acquired by Oracle, and spent nearly 9 years with IBM, a global IT Security leader, where he had many accolades including Sales Rep of the Year, multiple Presidents Clubs, a General Manager award, and a Golden Circle award. In his last two roles at IBM Tony lead Sales for the Western half of the US and then Sales for North America.  Prior to starting Blue Bay, Tony worked in a sales leadership and business development role for Deloitte, who is widely recognized as a worldwide leader in Security Services. He holds a B.A. Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN.

Scott Weinzetl - CFO

Scott is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience in various financial accounting and reporting roles, including Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and Director of Cost Accounting. He has served extensively as a financial leader on executive management teams in addition to providing financial support and guidance for operations, sales, and services teams to assist them in driving positive financial results. He has worked with small and medium-sized companies in both the public and private sectors. He holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University at Mankato.

Ray Neucom - VP Access Management

Ray is an IT Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 30 years professional experience in IT, working across a broad cross section of industries and filling a variety of roles including business consulting, technical strategy development, technical sales, technical enablement, solution architecture and design, and software development. For the past 17 years, Ray has primarily focused on access management, starting with web access management and working with new technologies as the field evolved – including federation, SOA security/governance, policy-based authorization, context-aware authentication, and API security/management. Most of this access management experience was gained working for IBM, often in world-wide focused roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Scientific Studies, both with a major in Computer Science and from the University of Queensland in Australia.

Casey Plunkett - EVP Sales & Marketing

Casey has served in Executive Sales and Consulting roles with Oracle and IBM since 2004; after serving as Chief of Staff for the SVP of IBM Software Group.  He is an industry leader in the Security and Cloud Service Management markets, around which he has been a keynote speaker at Gartner, Oracle and IBM conferences. He has been involved in 600+ Security engagements globally. As the Senior Practice Director of Security at Oracle, Casey was responsible for leading the industry “Tech Surge” to stabilize (aka Obamacare) across 2013 and 2014. He also pioneered and built the world’s largest Oracle Data Security Practice.  As the Director of Global Sales at IBM, he ran a $1B division in the Tivoli brand for which his responsibilities spanned Sales, Alliances, Business Development and Go-to-Market activities. Casey also led the M&A due diligence and IBM Sales integration of PWC CPG vertical, Access360, Candle, Consul, BigFix and Platform Computing acquisitions. He was awarded a patent for Business Process Enablement for Identity Management. Casey has a B.S. degree in Finance & Marketing from Marquette University.

Jamie Bjerke - VP Cyber Security Services

Jamie Bjerke has over two decades of information security experience across all aspects of the security industry. As vice president of cyber security services at Blue Bay, Jamie is responsible for the strategic services aligned to the organization’s cyber security business and technology partnerships. These include advisory services, strategic engagement management, assessments, architecture and implementation services spanning areas such as threat and vulnerability management, pen testing, data protection, network security, SIEM, GRC and cloud initiatives.

Jamie has advised multiple Fortune 100 companies, where he led large consulting and technology engagements, strategic vision, and strategy road mapping.  His background includes expertise in highly regulated environments, large dispersed enterprises in both public and private industries. Jamie is a CISSP and holds B.A. Degrees in Computer Science and Finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Houston.

Robert Trotter - VP Cyber Security Solutions

Robert Trotter has over a decade of information security experience across all aspects of the security industry. As vice president of cyber security solutions at Blue Bay, Robert is responsible for the direction and go-to-market strategy of the organization’s solutions businesses and technology partnerships. These include solution delivery, lab advisory services including architecture and implementation, as well as solution advisory spanning areas such as application security, incident response, threat intelligence, cloud security strategies, and vulnerability research.

Robert has worked with multiple Fortune 100 companies, where he led large technology implementations, strategic vision, and strategy road mapping.  His background includes expertise in highly regulated environments, large dispersed enterprises, public and private cloud implementations.
